One Driver Hospitalized after San Angelo Car Accident on FM 2105 and Grape Creek Road

San Angelo, Texas (August 26, 2019) – One driver was hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision on Monday afternoon in San Angelo, according to the DPS.

The incident took place at 12:30 p.m. on FM 2105 and Grape Creek Road.

Police said a white passenger car was traveling west on FM 2105 when it turned left on Grape Creek Road and collided with an eastbound maroon SUV.

The driver of the SUV was hospitalized with minor injuries.

Police cited the driver of the passenger car for an unsafe turn.
