One Hurt in Lubbock Car Crash on Highway 84 near Quaker Avenue

Lubbock, Texas (January 29, 2019) – One person was injured in a two-vehicle collision on a Lubbock Highway on Tuesday morning.
According to the authorities, the wreck happened at about 6:54 a.m. on Highway 84 near Quaker Avenue.
Police said a Dodge pickup truck was heading west on Highway 84 when the driver tried to make a left turn on Quaker Avenue and struck a Jeep.
The impact of the crash ejected the driver of the Jeep.
The Jeep driver was transported to University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police cited the driver of the Dodge for making an unsafe turning.
