Pilot Injured in Greenville Plane Crash at Majors Field

Greenville, Texas (January 27, 2020) – One person was hospitalized after an accident where a p plane crashed at an airport in Greenville on Friday evening, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The crash took place at about 5:49 p.m. January 26, at the Majors Field.

Authorities said a small two-seater was landing when the plane went off the runway and crashed near the south end of the airport.

The pilot was transported to Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville with unknown injuries.

No other injuries were reported.
