One Injured in San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash on Jackson Street near Knickerbocker Avenue

San Angelo, Texas (July 26, 2022) – One person was injured Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in San Angelo, according to the police.

The crash happened on July 25, on South Jackson Street near Knickerbocker Avenue.

Police said a brown Honda SUV was traveling northbound on S. Jackson Street while a black Mazda SUV was traveling in the opposite direction of S. Jackson Street.

The Honda failed to yield the right of way while turning left into a private drive and crashed into the Mazda.

A passenger in the Honda was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. 

The Honda driver was cited with Failure to yield the right of way while turning left.

The police are investigating the crash.
