One Injured in Victoria Two-Vehicle Crash on Main Street near Red River Street

Victoria, Texas (March 28, 2021) – According to police, one person was injured Saturday night in a two-vehicle crash in Victoria.

The crash happened around 9:02 p.m., March 27, on Main Street near Red River Street.

Police said a 16-year-old was driving a silver Kia southbound when she failed to control her speed and rear-ended a grey Nissan Rogue.

The Nissan driver was taken to a local hospital with back pain.

The Kia driver was cited for her failure to reduce speed. The two minors in her car were uninjured in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
