Driver Injured in Georgetown Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35
Georgetown, Texas (July 31, 2019) – One person was injured early Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Georgetown, a local news source reported.
The crash happened at about 3:30 a.m. on Interstate 35.
Police said the crash involved a semi-truck and a pickup truck.
The driver of the pickup truck was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The crash closed all southbound lanes of Interstate 35. Traffic was being diverted at mile marker 262 near the Williams Drive exit.
Motorists were urged to seek alternate routes.
The crash remains under investigation.
