Driver Seriously Injured in Austin Truck Crash on Interstate 35 and William Cannon Drive
Austin, Texas (October 31, 2018) – A driver was seriously injured Tuesday morning in a traffic collision involving two 18-wheelers in Austin, police said.
The accident took place at about 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 30 off the intersection of I-35 and William Cannon Drive.
Details of how the collision happened were not immediately available, but the police said an 18-wheeler crashed into the rear of another commercial vehicle in a construction area on the interstate.
One of the drivers sustained major injuries in the crash. The other driver’s condition was not immediately reported.
