1 Hospitalized after Corpus Christi Car Accident on Ocean Drive and Doddridge Street

Corpus Christi, Texas (June 26, 2019) – One person was hospitalized Tuesday afternoon after a two-car crash in Corpus Christi, authorities said.

The accident happened at about 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 25 on Ocean Drive and Doddridge Street.

According to the authorities, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason at the waterfront intersection.

One person sustained nonlife-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital. The name and condition of the patient were not immediately disclosed.

The crash caused the closure of the roadway.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
