1 Killed, 1 Injured in Car Crash on I-30 in Grand Prairie

One Killed and One Injured in Grand Prairie Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 30

Grand Prairie, Texas (August 16, 2022) – One person was killed and another was injured Sunday night in a two-vehicle crash in Grand Prairie, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 9:15 p.m., August 14, in the 1500 block of eastbound Interstate 30.

Police said a Cadillac passenger car was traveling eastbound in the main lanes of the interstate when it struck a Dodge truck that was disabled in the lanes of traffic.

The Dodge driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.

The Cadillac driver sustained minor injuries in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
