One Killed and Four Injured in Dallas Two-Vehicle Crash at Central Expressway and Meadow Road
Dallas, Texas (August 31, 2021) – According to the police, one person was killed, and four others were injured on Monday in a two-vehicle crash in Dallas.
The fatal crash happened just before midnight, on August 30, at the intersection of North Central Expressway service road and Meadow Road.
Police said a 44-year-old man was driving a Lexus with three passengers northbound on North Central Expressway service road when he hit a Chrysler at the intersection.
The impact pushed the Chrysler into the base of the highway sign while Lexus flipped to its side and hit a streetlight post.
All the four occupants of the Lexus were taken to the hospital, where one of the passengers later died.
The Chrysler driver, a 22-year-old, was taken to the hospital with a skull fracture and was listed in serious condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
