Dallas, Texas (August 31, 2021) – According to the police, one person was killed, and four others were injured on Monday in a two-vehicle crash in Dallas.

The fatal crash happened just before midnight, on August 30, at the intersection of North Central Expressway service road and Meadow Road.

Police said a 44-year-old man was driving a Lexus with three passengers northbound on North Central Expressway service road when he hit a Chrysler at the intersection.

The impact pushed the Chrysler into the base of the highway sign while Lexus flipped to its side and hit a streetlight post.

All the four occupants of the Lexus were taken to the hospital, where one of the passengers later died.

The Chrysler driver, a 22-year-old, was taken to the hospital with a skull fracture and was listed in serious condition.

The crash remains under investigation.

“When a person has suffered a grave personal injury in an accident due to someone else’s negligence, the most overwhelming emotion they feel is a sense of injustice. They often ask how such a life-altering event could have happened to them,” attorney Joel A. Gordon said. “The next question usually is, who can help me?” Mr. Gordon added.

A legal advocate can represent an injury victim or the family of a deceased victim. The attorney will file a claim on behalf of the victim and will have the responsibility of citing existing codes, laws, or statutes which were violated.
