One Killed in Farmers Branch Multi-Vehicle Crash on LBJ Freeway (I-635)

Farmers Branch, Texas (January 25, 2021) – One person was killed early Monday morning in a multi-vehicle crash in Farmers Branch, according to a local news source.

The fatal crash happened around 2:30 a.m., in the westbound lanes of LBJ Freeway (I-635) between I35E and Luna Road.

Police said multiple vehicles collided, for unknown reasons, in the main lanes of the freeway. The force of the impact caused one of the vehicles to overturn.

One person was killed in the crash. The victim’s identity has not been released. Officers said the victim was either ejected or hit by a vehicle after the crash.

The crash closed the westbound lanes of the freeway for several hours.

The police are investigating the crash.
