One Killed in Austin Multi-Vehicle Crash on MoPac Expressway

Austin, Texas (February 1, 2021) – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle crash Sunday night in downtown Austin, according to officials.

The fatal crash happened around 7:58 p.m., January 31, in the southbound lanes of 1700 MoPac Expressway, between the Windsor Road and Enfield Road exits.

Officials said multiple vehicles were involved in the crash.

One person was killed in the crash. The victim’s identity has not been released.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
