1 Killed in Truck Crash on I-35 near Jarrell

One Killed in Jarrell Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35

Jarrell, Texas (May 11, 2021) – One person was killed on Tuesday in a two-vehicle crash between Jarrell and Georgetown, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash was reported around 5:40 a.m. on Interstate 35.

DPS said the crash involved two commercial trucks.

One person was killed in the crash. The victim’s identity has not been released.

The crash closed the southbound lanes of Interstate 35, and traffic was being detoured at the southbound exit to Ronald Reagan Boulevard.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
