Man Killed in Victoria Motorcycle Crash on US 59 Business

Victoria, Texas (May 7, 2019) – A rider died after crashing into the back of a tractor-trailer in Victoria Monday night, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The incident occurred on Monday, May 6, on U.S. 59 Business near the intersection of Amhurst Street.
The report showed that the rider was going south on the highway when, for unknown reasons, he slammed into the back of the big rig.
The rider, who was not immediately identified, was killed in the incident.
No other injuries were reported.
The driver of the big rig was also not identified.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
