Teenager Hospitalized after San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on New World Drive
San Antonio, Texas (February 2, 2019) – A 13-year-old boy was injured Friday night in a pedestrian accident on the Northeast side, according to a local news release.
The accident occurred at about 9:30 p.m. February 1, along New World Drive.
Officials said the boy running across the street when a vehicle struck him.
According to the officers, there was some sort of family disturbance at the boy’s home, which caused him to run away.
The boy was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The involved driver remained at the scene after the accident.
The authorities are investigating the crash
