13-Year-Old Killed, Four Injured in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on I-45 (North Freeway) near Hardy Toll Road

Houston, Texas (July 8, 2020) – A 13-year-old was killed and four other people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon in Houston, according to deputies.

The fatal crash happened on July 7, in the 23400 block of I-45 (the North Freeway) near the Hardy Toll Road.

Deputies said the crash involved two vehicles.

A 13-year-old and an 11-year-old were airlifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital where the 13-year-old was pronounced dead.

Three adults were taken to the hospital by an ambulance. Their conditions have not been released.

The crash remains under investigation.
