15-Year-Old Boy Killed in Ector County Motorcycle Crash on Westcliff Road at Westfield Drive

Ector County, Texas (March 29, 2022) – A 15-year-old boy was killed Saturday night in a motorcycle crash in Ector County, according to the authorities.

The deadly crash happened on March 26, at the intersection of Westcliff Road and Westfield Drive.

Authorities said a 15-year-old boy was riding a Kawasaki motocross motorcycle southbound on Westcliff Road behind a car.

The boy attempted to pass the car, which was attempting to turn left at the intersection, and the motorcycle struck the car.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

No further details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
