Two Lamesa Residents Killed in Martin County Crash on State Highway 349
Martin County, Texas (February 6, 2019) – Two Lamesa residents were killed Sunday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Martin County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The fatal crash happened on Sunday, February 3, on State Highway 349.
DPS said a pickup truck rear-ended a big rig which was stopped for another vehicle on the highway.
The pickup truck driver and his passenger were killed in the crash.
The identities of the victims were not immediately disclosed.
The DPS is investigating the crash.
