The crash took place at about 10:35 a.m. March 9, at the intersection of U.S. Highway 259 North at FM 850.
Authorities said the crash involved a big rig and another vehicle.
Two people were taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
Hazmat crews were called to the scene to clean a diesel spill.
