Two Hospitalized after Centerville Crash on I-45

Centerville, Texas (August 7, 2019) – Two people were injured in two-vehicle accident on Tuesday morning in Centerville, according to the authorities.

The incident took place on I-45 northbound on Tuesday, August 6.

According to the DPS, a 2005 Cadillac was traveling in the inside lane when its driver tried to slow down to move into the outside lane and was rear-ended by a freightliner pulling a semi-tractor trailer.

The drivers of both vehicles were flown to CHI St. Joseph in Bryan for treatment.

A passenger in the Cadillac was treated at the scene.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
