2 Injured in DUI Crash on Texas 105 in Conroe

Two Injured in Conroe Truck Crash on Texas 105 near Duck Creek

Conroe, Texas (September 7, 2021) – According to the authorities, two people were injured Sunday night in a DUI crash in Conroe.

The crash happened around 9:30 p.m., September 5, on Texas 105 near Duck Creek.

Authorities said a white 2010 Chevrolet truck was traveling eastbound and was running other vehicles off the road. After passing the intersection of Old Highway 105, the Chevrolet went into the eastbound lane and struck a Toyota Tundra.

The Tundra driver was taken to the hospital with severe chest trauma and a badly injured left arm. He was listed in critical condition.

The Chevrolet driver didn’t have a license and had just bought the truck from a dealership four days prior to the crash. He was believed to have been impaired at the time of the crash. He was hospitalized in stable condition.

The crash remains under investigation.
