2 Injured in Head-On Crash on State Highway 6 in Clifton

2 Critically Injured in Clifton Two-Vehicle Crash on State Highway 6 near FM 4291

Clifton, Texas (July 14, 2020) – Two people were critically injured on Monday in a head-on collision, on the south side of Clifton, according to DPS.

The crash occurred just before noon, on July 13, on State Highway 6, near FM 4291.

DPS said a Jeep Renegade was heading northbound on the highway when it attempted to turn into a business and collided head-on with a southbound Hyundai Elantra.

Two people were taken to a local hospital in critical condition.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
