Two Injured in Lubbock Multi-Vehicle Crash on University Avenue near South Loop 289

Lubbock, Texas (December 30, 2022) – Two people were injured Thursday evening in a multi-vehicle crash in South Lubbock, according to the police.

The crash was reported around 5:07 p.m., December 29, on University Avenue near South Loop 289.

Police said at least six vehicles collided in the northbound lanes.

One person sustained moderate injuries, while another sustained minor injuries.

The police are investigating the crash.
