Two Injured in Texarkana School Bus Crash on Lake Drive and Flower Acres Road

Texarkana, Texas (February 9, 2023) – Two people were injured on Wednesday in a crash involving a school bus in Texarkana, according to the police.

The crash happened on February 8, on Lake Drive and Flower Acres Road.

Police said an SUV was stopped at the intersection when it was rear-ended by the Liberty Eylau school bus.

The driver and child in the SUV were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

There were five small children on the bus, and they were unloaded and taken by another bus or picked up by their parents.

The crash remains under investigation.
