2 Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 62/82 and North FM 400 in Lubbock

Two Injured in Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash at East Highway 62/82 and North FM 400

Lubbock, Texas (January 31, 2023) – Two people were injured Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Lubbock, according to the Texas DPS.

The crash happened around 9:15 a.m., January 30, at the intersection of East Highway 62/82 and North FM 400.

DPS said a box truck collided with a passenger vehicle at the intersection.

The driver of the passenger vehicle was taken to University Medical Center with serious injuries. A passenger was also taken to University Medical Center for treatment.

The box truck driver was uninjured in the crash.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
