Two Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Nacogdoches and Loop 410 East

San Antonio, Texas (November 2, 2021) – Two people were injured early Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in San Antonio’s Northeast Side, according to the police.

The crash happened just before 5:00 a.m., at the intersection of Nacogdoches and Loop 410 East.

Police said a man was driving a Toyota Corolla at a high rate of speed when he ran a red light at the intersection and crashed into a pickup truck.

The force of the impact sent the truck flying out of control before it crashed into a utility pole.

The Corolla driver was trapped and had to be extricated.

Both drivers were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The police are investigating the crash.

Common Causes of Automobile Accidents

While there are many causes of car accidents, the most common reasons of driver negligence include driver inattention; cell phone use; texting and driving; speeding; fatigue; failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign or private drive; running a red light; and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs,” Attorney Joel A. Gordon said. Mr. Gordon believes that an independent investigation is important. An Attorney will help obtain the crash report, secure accident photos, interview witnesses, and create a claim.
