2 Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Main Street in San Angelo

Two Hospitalized after San Angelo Crash on Main Street at Pulliam Street

San Angelo, Texas (July 4, 2019) – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon in San Angelo, according to a local news source.

The fatal crash happened on Wednesday, July 3, on Main Street at Pulliam Street.

Police said a box truck was heading southbound on Main Street and was attempting to turn left onto Pulliam Street and the driver failed to yield the right of way to a northbound Nissan Armada SUV, resulting in a collision.

An 18-year-old passenger in the truck and the SUV driver, a 32-year-old, were taken to Shannon Medical Center with non-incapacitating injuries.

The box truck driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

The crash remains under investigation.
