Two Drivers Killed, One Critically Injured in San Antonio Crash on Wurzbach Parkway

San Antonio, Texas (October 10, 2022) –Two drivers were killed and one passenger was critically injured in a head-on, wrong-way crash in San Antonio early Sunday morning, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

The deadly crash occurred at about 3:20 a.m. Sunday, October 9, in the 12500 block of Wurzbach Parkway.

San Antonio police said a blue Mitsubishi Lancer was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of Wurzbach Parkway when it collided head-on with a yellow Chevrolet Camaro.

Both of the drivers were pronounced dead at the scene. Their names have not been released.

A front-seat passenger in the Camaro was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

The crash remains under investigation.
