Two Killed and Two Injured in Dallas Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 30 near Dolphin Road; Travoris McFadden Arrested

Dallas, Texas (November 26, 2021) – Two women were killed, and two men were injured early Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Dallas, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened around 12:09 a.m., November 25, on Interstate 30 near Dolphin Road.

Authorities said Travoris McFadden was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe when he crashed into a 1998 gold Toyota Camry.

A 45-year-old woman and a 46-year-old woman in the Camry were killed in the crash. Their names have not been released.

A man, who was the front-seat passenger in the Camry, was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

Another man, who was a passenger in the Tahoe, was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

McFadden was arrested at the scene and has been charged with two charges of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle. He was being held at the Lew Sterrett Justice Center.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
