2 Killed, 4 Seriously Injured in Fiery Crash on East Slaton Road in Southeast Lubbock

Two Killed and Four Injured in Southeast Lubbock Motorcycle Crash on East Slaton Road

Lubbock, Texas (June 21, 2020) – Two people were killed, and four others were seriously injured Saturday night in a fiery crash in Southeast Lubbock, according to police.

The fatal crash happened around 10:40 p.m. on June 20, in the 100 block of East Slaton Road.

Police said the crash involved a passenger car and a motorcycle.

The motorcycle caught fire after the crash.

Two people were killed in the crash. Four other people were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The crash closed both directions of the highway.

The Major Crash Investigation Unit is investigating the crash.
