2 Killed in 3-Car Crash on Hwy 6 at Twin Bridges in Waco

Two Killed in Waco Three-Vehicle Crash on Highway 6 at Twin Bridges

Waco, Texas (March 14, 2022) – Two people were killed Saturday evening in a three-vehicle crash in Waco, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 7:22 p.m., March 12, in the southbound lanes of Highway 6 at the Twin Bridges.

Police said a Kia sedan, a Chevrolet Impala, and a Ford F-250 pickup truck were traveling southbound on the highway, and they collided as they were crossing the Twin Bridges.

A 31-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

Two other people were taken to a local hospital with serious injuries, where one of them, a 53-year-old woman, was pronounced dead. Her name has not been released.

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
