Man, Woman Hospitalized after Travis County Car Crash on Jacobson Road

Travis County, Texas (September 20, 2019) – Two people were seriously injured in a head-on crash Friday morning in southeast Travis County just east of Circuit of the Americas, according to a local news release.

The crash was reported just after 6:20 a.m. in the 14500 block of Jacobson Road.

Officials said vehicles collided head-on for unknown reasons on the highway.

A man in his 30s and a woman in her 50s were taken to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with serious injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
