Girl Killed in College Station Pedestrian Crash at Woodway Mobile Home Park on Texas Avenue S

College Station, Texas (July 29, 2019) – A child was struck and killed by a vehicle on Sunday afternoon in College Station, according to the College Station Police Department.

The wreck happened at the Woodway Mobile Home Park on 3031 Texas Avenue S. on Sunday, July 28.

Police said a 2-year-old girl was playing in the driveway when she was hit by a vehicle.

The child was rushed to a hospital by family members and was sadly pronounced deceased at the hospital.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and told investigators that he did not see the girl playing in the driveway.

The College Station Police Department is investigating the crash.
