21-Year-Old Woman Injured in Hit-and-Run at Betel Drive and Kernel Circle in Lower Valley

21-Year-Old Woman Injured in Lower Valley Pedestrian Accident at Betel Drive and Kernel Circle

Lower Valley, Texas (January 1, 2022) – A 21-year-old woman was injured Thursday night in a hit-and-run accident in El Paso’s Lower Valley, according to the police.

The accident was reported around 8:10 p.m., on December 30, at the intersection of Betel Drive and Kernel Circle near N Zaragoza Road.

Police said the woman was struck by a vehicle at the intersection.

The vehicle fled the scene after the accident.

The woman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. She was listed in stable condition.

Police are looking for the suspect that fled the scene.

An investigation is underway. Anyone with any information regarding the crash is asked to call the non-emergency number 915-832-4400.
