22-Year-Old Woman Killed in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on Bellaire Boulevard and Waldo Street

Houston, Texas – A 22-year-old woman was killed Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash in southwest Houston, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened just before 8:00 a.m., January 18, on Bellaire Boulevard and Waldo Street.

Police said the woman was driving a Toyota RAV4 on Waldo Street, tried to make a left turn at a stop sign onto Bellaire Boulevard, and was struck by a blue Mini Cooper.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.

The 18-year-old driver of the Mini Cooper was questioned and did not show signs of intoxication. He and a passenger were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The police are investigating the crash.
