27-Year-Old Woman Killed in Motorcycle Crash on South Voss Street in Houston

Houston, Texas – The 27-year-old woman who was critically injured on Tuesday in a motorcycle accident in Houston has died, according to the police.

The accident happened around 9:00 p.m., April 2, in the 1900 block of South Voss Street.

Police said a white Mercedes-Benz E-Class was traveling southbound and was turning left toward an apartment complex when it was struck by a northbound blue Suzuki GSX motorcycle.

The female motorcyclist was taken to Ben Taub General Hospital in critical condition where she was pronounced dead on Thursday, April 4. Her name has not been released.

The Mercedes driver, a 43-year-old woman, remained at the scene, was determined not to be impaired, and was questioned and released.

The police are investigating the crash.
