29-Year-Old Woman Killed in Dallas Two-vehicle Crash on Interstate 345 at Ross Avenue

Dallas, Texas (September 20, 2021) – According to the authorities, a 29-year-old woman was killed, and two others were injured Friday night in a two-vehicle crash near downtown Dallas.

The fatal crash happened around 10:50 p.m., September 17, on southbound Interstate 345 at Ross Avenue.

Authorities said a Jeep Patriot SUV rear-ended a FedEx semi-truck on the interstate.

Three women in the SUV were taken to the hospital, where one of them, a 29-year-old, died. 

The SUV driver, Aspin LaShawn Jackson, 21, is facing an intoxication manslaughter charge.

The identity of the deceased victim has not been released.

No other injuries were reported in the crash.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
