3 Injured in Austin Crash on Childress Drive

1 Adult, 2 Children Injured in Austin Car Accident on Childress Drive

Austin, Texas (August 6, 2019) – Three people,  including two children, were injured Monday night in a traffic accident involving two vehicles in northeast Austin, according to a local news source.

The wreck occurred at about 9:45 p.m. Monday, August 5 in the 9800 block of Childress Drive.

As per the report, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason on Childress Drive.

An adult man sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Dell Seton. Two children were also taken to Dell Children’s Medical Center with potentially major injuries.

The names and conditions of the patients at this time were not disclosed.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
