3 Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash at FM 1294 and U.S. 84 near Shallowater

Three Injured in Shallowater Two-Vehicle Crash at FM 1294 and U.S. 84

Shallowater, Texas (November 7, 2021) – Three people were injured Saturday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash near Shallowater, according to the Texas DPS.

The crash happened around 12:20 p.m., November 6, at the intersection of U.S. Highway 84 and Farm-to-Market Road 1294.

DPS said a vehicle failed to yield the right of way on FM 1294 and pulled out in front of another vehicle that was traveling eastbound on U.S. 84, resulting in a collision.

The force of the impact caused one of the vehicles to roll over.

Three people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
