3 Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash on Quaker Avenue in South Lubbock

Three Injured in South Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash on Quaker Avenue

Lubbock, Texas (May 17, 2020) – Three people were injured early Sunday morning in a two-vehicle crash in south Lubbock, according to police.

The crash happened around 12:20 a.m., in the 12400 block of Quaker Avenue.

Police said a Ford Escape was traveling southbound when it crashed into the back of a southbound Ford F-150.

The impact caused the Escape to roll over severally while the F-150 hit a light pole and rolled onto its side.

The driver of the F-150 and passenger were taken to University Medical Center with moderate injuries.

The Escape driver was taken to University Medical Center with serious injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
