3 Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on SH 201 in Killeen

Three Injured in Killeen Two-Vehicle Crash on SH 201 

Killeen, Texas (February 23, 2022) – Three people were injured Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Killeen, according to the police.

The crash happened around 10:30 a.m., February 22, in the 8100 block of SH 201.

Police said a black Ford Escape failed to yield right of way while exiting the Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport and was hit by a southbound white Ford F250.

The driver of the Ford Escape, a male, was airlifted to Baylor Scott & White. His two passengers, a female and a child, were taken by ambulance to the hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of the Ford F250 was not taken to the hospital.

Citations were issued for Right of Way and child safety seat violations.

The Killeen Traffic Unit is investigating the crash.
