Three Hospitalized after San Angelo Traffic Crash at 40th and Armstrong

San Angelo, Texas (June 17, 2019) – Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident on Sunday night in San Angelo, according to police.

The wreck happened at 40th and Armstrong after 9 p.m. Sunday, June 16.

Police said a small passenger car and a truck were involved. The impact caused a truck to flip.

Three people from both vehicles were taken to Shannon Medical Center for treatment of unknown injuries.

No further details were released.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
