Three Seriously Injured in Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash on Loop 289 at University Avenue

Lubbock, Texas (September 24, 2021) – According to a local news source, three people were injured on Thursday in a two-vehicle crash in Lubbock.

The crash was reported around 2:56 p.m., September 23, on S Loop 289 at University Avenue.

According to the report, two vehicles collided in the westbound lanes of S Loop 289.

One person was seriously injured in the crash. Two other people sustained minor injuries.

The crash backed up traffic on S Loop 289.

The crash remains under investigation.
