3-Year-Old Boy Injured in Houston Pedestrian Accident at Wayside and Tidwell

Houston, Texas (April 11, 2020) – A 3-year-old boy was injured Friday night after he was hit by a truck in east Houston, a local news source reported.

The accident was reported around 8:20 p.m. on April 10, at the intersection of Wayside and Tidwell.

Police said the child was wandering alone in the street when he was struck by a truck.

The driver left the scene but later returned.

The child was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
