Four Injured in Terrell Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 148 at FM 987

Terrell, Texas (October 21, 2022) – Four people were injured Thursday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Terrell, according to the authorities.

The crash happened around 4:27 p.m., October 20, on FM 148 at FM 987.

Authorities said two vehicles were involved in the crash.

Two people had to be extricated from their vehicles.

Two people were airlifted to Dallas-area trauma centers for treatment. Two other people were taken to ground ambulances to Dallas-area trauma centers for treatment.

The crash closed FM 148 and FM 987. It was reopened around 5:55 p.m.

The crash remains under investigation.
