Four Injured in Austin Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 71 

Austin, Texas (December 6, 2019) – Four people were injured Friday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Austin, according to a local news source.

The crash happened around 6:53 a.m. on Highway 71 West, west of the “Y” at Oak Hill near the intersection with Covered Bridge Drive.

As per the report, two vehicles were involved in the collision, and three people were pinned inside a vehicle.

A woman and two men in their 20s were taken to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with critical, life-threatening injuries.

Another man in his 60s was also taken to the hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

No further details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
