4-Year-Old Girl Killed in Bastrop Pedestrian Accident on SH 95
Bastrop, Texas (October 7, 2019) – A 4-year-old girl was killed in a pedestrian accident Sunday evening on a parking lot in Bastrop, according to the police.
The accident took place around 5:30 p.m. on October 6, in the 2200 block of SH 95.
Police said the child was in the parking lot in front of a parked vehicle when the driver pulled forward and struck her from behind.
The child was rushed to a local hospital where she later died.
The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
An investigation is underway.
