48-Year-Old Woman Killed in Motorcycle Crash on I-20 in Arlington

48-Year-Old Woman Killed in Arlington Motorcycle Crash on Interstate 20

Arlington, Texas (June 17, 2022) – According to the police, a 48-year-old woman was killed Thursday morning in a motorcycle crash in Arlington.

The deadly accident happened around 10:08 a.m., on June 16, on Interstate 20.

Police said the woman was riding her motorcycle eastbound in the inside lane of I-20 service road while an SUV was making a U-turn under I-20 from the westbound service road to the eastbound service road.

The SUV entered the eastbound service road and was rear-ended by the motorcycle, which was traveling at a high rate of speed.

The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Her name has not been released.

The police are investigating the crash.
