Five People Injured in Denison Crash on U.S. 77 near Crawford Street Off-Ramp
Denison, Texas (May 31, 2019) – Five people were injured Thursday morning in a traffic accident in Denison, police said.
The crash happened on U.S. 77 near the Crawford Street off-ramp Thursday, May 30.
According to the police, one car was heading southbound on U.S. 77 when for an unknown reason, it collided with another vehicle that was traveling southbound.
The force of the impact caused the second to hit a third vehicle, which was traveling on the roadway. One vehicle involved flipped over and landed upside-down along the side of the road.
A mother and her two children were taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries. Two elderly adults were also transported to the hospital in unknown condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
