Five Injured in Austin Three-Vehicle Crash at Lakeline Boulevard and Staked Plains Drive

Austin, Texas (February 18, 2022) – Five people were injured Thursday evening in a three-vehicle crash in Austin, according to the authorities.

The crash occurred around 5:30 p.m., February 17, in the area of Lakeline Boulevard and Staked Plains Drive, near Shining Stars Montessori School.

Authorities said three vehicles were involved in the crash.

At least one person was pinned in one of the vehicles.

Five people sustained injuries in the crash.

Two children were taken to Dell Children’s Medical Center with potentially serious injuries.

Three adults refused transportation to the hospital.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
